Our Team

Quill Consulting LLC is owned and operated by Ashleigh Graves-Roesler and Bryan Roesler, a pair of professional fundraisers with 30+ years of combined experience in the nonprofit sector. Since founding Quill in 2019, we have helped our clients raise $30 million for mission-driven work in their communities. 

Ashleigh Graves-Roesler, Partner. Ashleigh (she/her) earned an MA in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She worked for over a decade as a fundraiser for mid-size nonprofits, primarily in the arts and culture sector, before starting Quill. 

Bryan Roesler, Partner. Bryan (he/him) earned an MA in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and an MPA in Nonprofit Management from the O’Neill School for Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He spent his development career fundraising for larger organizations, including Boy Scouts of America - Crossroads Council and Wabash College.
